Christmas in July - Day 5

Today I have a cute table runner with Hometown fabric, I love this fabric line. The pattern I used is one I've had for a long time called Rick Rack Road by Prairie Point Junction. It's a cute little brick pattern. This pattern suggests quilting as you sew the rows together but I didn't do it that way. The pattern also uses rick rack on the end borders thus the name of the pattern. I changed mine up a bit, didn't do the rick rack, instead I did a folded fabric in the seam. Of course I'm doing good to get these quilt tops sewn so the quilting will come later. I hope you're enjoying my Christmas in July.

Another great topper. I love the way the polka dots, just pop. Nice idea with the folded fabric instead of rick rack.

Oh, I love this one, Carol. I can imagine it in so many fabulous fabric combinations.

Hometown is a favorite line of mine, as well. I'm still hoarding my fat quarter bundle. LOL
